Self-Loveregard for one's own well-being and happiness (chiefly considered as a desirable rather than narcissistic characteristic). The exhaustion is setting in, dinner hasn't been made and no ones had their bath. Being mom can really tire us out... not just physically, but emotionally too. Sometimes taking care of the emotional side of things can help all aspects of falling into that worn out mom rut. It happens to all of us, but there is no reason to stay there! Get your butt out of that rut with some SELF LOVE <3 Sometimes it's hard to get started or find time in our busy schedules. So here are some ideas!
So there are my 7 tips for a little self-love. Even if we don't feel like we NEED it, you need it, trust me. Everyone is different and self-love will mean something different for everyone. I would love to hear what everyone else does to lift their spirits when life gets you down!
